Being a pioneer isn’t luck—it’s attitude.
We crushed it. Frankfurt became the place. You came for the food, stayed for the drinks, and lived nights no one remembers but no one forgets.
Then the copycats showed up. So we did what we do best: we evolved.
In 1999, we dropped the “Frankfurt” name and became Tribeca. Not just a restaurant—THE place to be.

And in 2020, we did it again. This wasn’t a menu update. It was a full-blown revolution.
Fast food wasn’t enough—we wanted Fast Good Food. Real quality, real flavour, zero shortcuts. Inspired by the philosophy that powers the María José San Román Group and our very own Terramón garden, we turned fast food into something honest, fresh and next-level good.
Local ingredients, straight from the soil to your plate. Because eating fast doesn’t mean eating worse. It means eating smarter.
